Choose your pickup and drop-off on the booking form, pick a vehicle and pay online; the price is fixed per car. You get your driver's name and number before the trip. For several days, send your itinerary and we quote one price for the car and driver.

Our drivers know the roads, towns and the best stops, and many speak English and French, but they are chauffeurs, not licensed city guides. In Morocco only licensed guides may lead tours inside medinas and monuments; we can suggest one on request.

Airport transfers at all six main airports, city-to-city transfers such as Marrakech to Essaouira or Fes to Chefchaouen, surf-coast runs to Taghazout and Tamraght, desert transfers to Merzouga, and hourly or multi-day private driver hire.

Private transfers start at about €18 for a small car on a short airport run such as Marrakech Menara to the medina, and are priced by distance and vehicle for longer trips. The price covers the whole vehicle — up to 3 passengers in a sedan, 6 in a van and 16 in a minibus — so groups pay the same total, not a per-person fare.

A private airport transfer costs from €18 for the whole vehicle on a short city run (Marrakech Menara to the medina, Agadir Al Massira to the beach hotels), around €33–70 for a medium regional trip such as Agadir airport to Taghazout or Casablanca airport to Rabat, and from roughly €69 for long-distance drives like Marrakech to Essaouira or Merzouga. Every quote is fixed at booking and includes fuel, motorway tolls, airport parking, luggage, child seats and 60 minutes of free waiting after landing — there is no per-person charge and no night surcharge.

A shared grand taxi is the cheapest way to cover a short hop — the posted airport rate is usually 100–150 MAD, though drivers often quote 200–300 MAD to arriving tourists, and the fare is negotiated rather than metered. For two or more travellers, any trip with luggage, a late-night arrival or a riad address inside the medina, a private transfer works out similar or cheaper because the price is per car, agreed in advance, and includes waiting, tolls and a door drop-off. Grand taxis also do not track flights and generally will not enter the medina derbs.

The same licensed chauffeurs are available by the day or for multi-day itineraries — Marrakech and the Atlas valleys, the imperial cities, the coast road to Essaouira, or a Sahara loop to Merzouga. You get the vehicle and an English- and French-speaking driver for the whole period at a fixed price, with fuel, tolls and the driver's accommodation included on overnight trips.

No. Tipping is a kind gesture and always appreciated, but the price you pay is complete: fuel, tolls, airport parking, waiting time and the driver's fee are all included.

Yes. Our chauffeurs use the closest legal vehicle access point to your riad and help carry luggage on foot for the final pedestrian stretch. This is the single biggest difference from a rank taxi, which will usually leave you at the nearest square.

Yes, and free of charge — infant carriers, child seats and boosters. Add them when you book so the driver fits them before your arrival.
