Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bacharide platform and chauffeur services provided by Bacharide ("we", "us", or "our"). By booking a transfer through our platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Bacharide provides private chauffeur-driven transfers and transportation services across Morocco. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received.
  • Prices are fixed and quoted at the time of booking. No hidden fees.
  • We accept payments via Stripe and PayPal.
  • You must provide accurate pickup/drop-off details and contact information.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

One-way transfers

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Multi-day trips (more than 2 days)

  • Free cancellation is available only up to 7 days before the trip start date, for a full refund.
  • Multi-day trips cancelled within 7 days of departure are non-refundable, as the vehicle and driver are reserved exclusively for the full duration of your trip.
  • Once a multi-day trip has started, the booking is final and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Cancellations by Bacharide (force majeure)

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any booking due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, floods, earthquakes, epidemics, pandemics, war, civil unrest, terrorism, government restrictions, road closures, vehicle breakdowns, driver unavailability caused by emergency, or any other catastrophic or force majeure event.
  • If we cancel for such reasons, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid, processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. No additional compensation beyond the refund of the booking price is owed.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to notify you as soon as possible and, where feasible, offer an alternative date or vehicle.
  • No-shows without prior notice are not eligible for refunds.
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully toward drivers and vehicles. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a transfer if a passenger engages in unlawful, abusive, or dangerous behavior. Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle.

5. Liability

Bacharide is fully licensed and insured for passenger transport. Our liability is limited to the value of the booking. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including missed flights or connections, except where required by applicable law.

6. Changes & Delays

We monitor flight arrivals and adjust pickup times accordingly. Please notify us as soon as possible if your plans change. While we make every effort to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee availability for last-minute modifications.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Agadir, Morocco.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
