Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bacha Rides platform and chauffeur services provided by Bacha Way Travel SARL ("we", "us", or "our"). By booking a transfer through our platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Bacha Way Travel SARL provides private chauffeur-driven transfers and transportation services across Morocco. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received.
  • Prices are fixed and quoted at the time of booking. No hidden fees.
  • We accept payments via Stripe and PayPal.
  • You must provide accurate pickup/drop-off details and contact information.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • No-shows without prior notice are not eligible for refunds.
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully toward drivers and vehicles. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a transfer if a passenger engages in unlawful, abusive, or dangerous behavior. Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle.

5. Liability

Bacha Way Travel SARL is fully licensed and insured for passenger transport. Our liability is limited to the value of the booking. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including missed flights or connections, except where required by applicable law.

6. Changes & Delays

We monitor flight arrivals and adjust pickup times accordingly. Please notify us as soon as possible if your plans change. While we make every effort to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee availability for last-minute modifications.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Agadir, Morocco.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
