At Casablanca Mohammed V (CMN) we work through the Dalia Air and Swissport executive terminals on the general-aviation apron, entered from the eastern service gate rather than the public forecourt. The chauffeur is airside-cleared where the handler permits, parks at the FBO steps, and is in position 30 minutes before wheels-down; the handler's name, the vehicle plate and the chauffeur's mobile are shared with your flight crew and assistant the day before. Baggage moves from the hold to the boot without passing a public hall, and immigration and customs are cleared inside the terminal.

At Marrakech Menara (RAK) the VIP pavilion sits on the southern apron beside the royal terminal. Cars are pre-authorised through the airport police 24 hours ahead — plate, chauffeur ID and passenger count — so a same-day request needs the VIP dispatcher rather than the standard booking line. Rabat-Salé (RBA) and Tangier (TNG) follow the same protocol with 48 hours' notice, and Agadir Al Massira (AGA) is handled from the executive lounge.

Departures reverse the sequence: pickup two hours before slot time for international departures, one hour for domestic legs, with the chauffeur staying with the car until the aircraft has taxied in case of a slot change. Tail-number tracking, crew transport to the hotel, and a second vehicle for luggage or security are added on request at booking.

Every VIP engagement is run to a written protocol agreed before the first pickup: chauffeur name and photo shared in advance, meeting point confirmed with the guest's assistant, dress code (dark suit, no logos), phone-only contact through the VIP dispatcher, and no third party added to the itinerary thread. Chauffeurs wait in position 30 minutes before each leg, never approach the guest unprompted, and hold luggage and door duties silently.

Cabins are prepared to a fixed checklist: chilled still and sparkling water, phone chargers for all connectors, tissues and hand sanitiser, rear-cabin climate preset, privacy glass raised, and radio off unless requested. Champagne, specific brands of water, infant and booster seats, prayer mats or a Wi-Fi hotspot are added on request at no extra charge with 24 hours' notice.

For multi-city itineraries we pre-position vehicles the night before each leg, keep a backup car of the same class on standby in Casablanca and Marrakech, and assign a second chauffeur when a day exceeds ten hours so no driver ever works fatigued. Route plans, alternative approaches and event-day road closures are checked the morning of travel.

Mercedes S-Class chauffeur hire starts at €40/hr with a three-hour minimum, or €320 for a full eight-hour chauffeured day including fuel, tolls, parking and driver expenses. Cadillac Escalade and Maybach trim are quoted on application, as are two- and three-car motorcades.

Airport and private-jet transfers are quoted as a fixed all-inclusive fare rather than hourly, so delayed arrivals and long immigration queues never increase the price. Multi-day VIP itineraries are priced per itinerary with the backup vehicle, second chauffeur and inter-city repositioning already included.
