Menara handles Terminal 1 (mainly charter and low-cost), Terminal 2 (most scheduled international flights) and Terminal 3. Whichever you arrive through, passport control and baggage reclaim funnel into one arrivals concourse, and that is where your driver stands.
Passport control is the slow part. In peak season, queues of 30–45 minutes are common on evening arrivals, which is why waiting time matters more than headline pickup speed.
Once you are through, the walk to the car park is short and flat, and you are on the airport road within a few minutes. The medina is 6 km away — 15 to 25 minutes depending on the hour.

If you cannot find your driver
Stay inside the arrivals hall and call or WhatsApp the number on your confirmation — drivers cannot always answer immediately while parking, but dispatch can see where they are.
Do not follow anyone who approaches you offering a ride. Our drivers hold a printed name sign and can confirm your booking reference.
Late-night and early-morning arrivals
Menara receives flights well after midnight and dispatches departures from 04:00. Both are standard for us; there is no night surcharge on a pre-booked transfer.
For departures, we recommend leaving the medina three hours before an international flight in high season, two hours off-season.
