Three ways south from Marrakech to the Souss coast. Judge them on door-to-door time rather than the headline fare — the coach's four hours become five or six once you add both taxi legs.

Surf camps, Taghazout and Tamraght
Most surf travellers on this route are not going to Agadir itself but to Taghazout, Tamraght, Aourir or Imsouane, a further 15–80 km up the coast. We drive to the camp gate. Boards travel free in the V-Class and Sprinter — mention them at booking so we send the right vehicle, as a standard saloon cannot take them.
Imsouane is the one to plan for: it is 80 km beyond Agadir on a slower coast road, so allow an extra 90 minutes on top of the standard transfer time.
Leaving a riad inside the medina
Cars cannot reach most medina derbs. Your driver parks at the closest accessible gate and walks in to collect your luggage at the agreed time — tell us the riad name at booking and the pickup point is arranged in advance, so nobody is standing in a lane with suitcases.
For early departures we confirm the meeting point by WhatsApp the night before, with the driver's name, photo and phone number.
